I have not been reimbursed
I have had many bad experiences with Uber concerning the refunding of my money. I often order from UBER because I am disabled and even though I have food in the home, I don't feel like cooking.
To my knowledge, I was not reimbursed for the recent charge or for the instance when the restaurant did not provide me with the cream cheese I ordered. $7.58 gone again. Don't get me wrong, the cream cheese was on the ticket but was not in the bag. I also need someone to go through all of my complaints to UBER last year because I was not reimbursed for food that was not delivered.
I never received my monies. It's ridiculous to think a company as big as UBER EATS would not deal with problems like these. The consumer is completely left out. I never received my food or my money.
I'm really sick of it.
IF YOU ARE REIMBURSING MONIES, PUT IT BACK IMMEDIATELY TO THE ACCOUNT. I know there are people out there who lie about not receiving their food or missing items from their order, but WHAT ABOUT THE PEOPLE WHO DO NOT.
User's recommendation: I don't have any recommendations to any future customers. MAYBE DON'T USE UBER because if therre are any mistakes, the customer pays for it.
