I have not been reimbursed
I have had many bad experiences with Uber concerning the refunding of my money. I often order from UBER because I am disabled and even though I have food in the home, I don't feel like cooking.
To my knowledge, I was not reimbursed for the recent charge or for the instance when the restaurant did not provide me with the cream cheese I ordered. $7.58 gone again. Don't get me wrong, the cream cheese was on the ticket but was not in the bag. I also need someone to go through all of my complaints to UBER last year because I was not reimbursed for food that was not delivered.
I never received my monies. It's ridiculous to think a company as big as UBER EATS would not deal with problems like these. The consumer is completely left out. I never received my food or my money.
I'm really sick of it. IF YOU ARE REIMBURSING MONIES, PUT IT BACK IMMEDIATELY TO THE ACCOUNT. I know there are people out there who lie about not receiving their food or missing items from their order, but WHAT ABOUT THE PEOPLE WHO DO NOT.

Monetary Loss: $4.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Ubereats Pros: Lots of good places to order from, Placing order is easy, Im disabled and works for dinner for me.
Ubereats Cons: Cant find anyone to deliver the food, Takes forever to get the food hich is generally cold, Food is delivered to wrong address, Can not contact uber, Money should be refunded immediately.
