I ordered Panda Express on Uber eats and my driver- Jesus- was on the way. I sent directions twice of my exact location at the hotel I was staying at.
I order auger eats every time I am at Disney world and have never had a problem before. Jesus was lost and took 45+ minutes to deliver my order. He was messaging me through the app in Spanish. I do not speak Spanish so I called him and he said to me on the phone no English Im sorry and continued to message me in Spanish.
I had to use a translator to communicate with him and walk him through to the directions.
I think this is completely outrageous that Uber eats would have delivery drivers that dont speak English and cant communicate with customers. My food was ice cold by the time I was able to eat it.
