I did an order earlier on Uber eats and I noticed that when I had submitted the order it only took me 1 min when I checked it and I noticed that the address was wrong and I tried canceling it right away because it was a wrong location where it was going to be sent "the food". So it only took me 1 min and I didn't know that I was charged so I want a refund because I never even got the food and it only took me 1 min to notice it was wrong location and I know you guys have a policy that it's 5 mins to cancel.
When I realized that it only took me a min and I had canceled the order right away, I shouldn't be charged for that order $38.68.
I just don't want them to take that money out of my account and if they can refund it back to my account because they should have never actually taken it when it only took me a minute to realize that it was a mistake the location so I should have never been charged and you guys still have the policy of those 5 minutes...
And I am a loyal customer eats and I hardly never canceled orders something you guys should know...
