The delivery person from Uber eats was supposed to hand my food to me at the door. Instead, he didnt knock on the door.
I happened to open the door and my bag of food with my soda emptied in the bag all over the food was leaning against the door. I couldnt call, instead I had to complain through the app. I sent pictures of the food in the trash and the paper bag soaked. The sandwiches and the fries were inedible.
I received lame responses saying that because of past Refunds/credits I couldnt receive one now. Thats not ok. Im sure they wouldnt eat soda soaked food. It wasnt just for me, it was for my mom as well.
I had to order from Door dash. And they did a great job. Im a gold member with Uber and that means nothing.
Im livid! Refund my money
