Yes I ordered food on 11/3/2021 I got a message saying on their way than 30 min later they canceled. So I wasn't charged.
I reordered food and noticed the girl was about 30 min or longer out from the restaurant so I had contacted ubereats on the app where your order is the person said I wasn't charged for the canceled order and I said I reordered it and it was almost an hr waiting for the next order and she said no you will not be charged you will only see an authorization only and will not be charged. So I am like ok after verifying a couple of times. I look on my checking account today and they charged me on 11/4 so I contacted them on the app they said it's been over 48hrs they can't do anything. So I look on bing and finally find the phone number and called and they kept putting me on hold because they couldn't find anything on my account about them not charging me so they told me it had been over 48 hrs they couldn't do anything so I asked for a supervisor and they said they didn't have one they would have to send to supervisor and one would be getting in contact with me yeah when pigs fly.
I called bank to see what you can do so they are checking on it. Such bs I have their uber pass and have bought so much with them and and this is how they treat their customers.
