Good Afternoon,

I am reaching out with hopes to escalate a matter involving the merchant "Wendy's". Between December of last year and today I have placed six delivery orders with Wendy's totaling in $108.67.

Each time I ordered, the order was either completely incorrect or had missing items.

Each time I contacted support, I was able to provide proof via photo that the mistake was legitimate. due to the amount of times Wendy's improperly filled my order I not only did not receive any sort of refund for any of those orders, but now I cannot receive a refund on ANY order placed on the app in the future.

As a customer this is incredibly frustrating as Wendy's is not being held accountable. They are allowed to keep their profits while I, the customer am forced to repeatedly incur the cost of their mistakes. This is incredibly poor customer service on the part of both Wendy's and Uber Eats.

At this point while ludicrous, I understand that I will not be receiving any refunds on those orders. I have also decided that I will not be ordering from Wendy's to avoid wasting my money.

All that I am requesting is that the ban be lifted from my account so that if any other places I choose to order from make a mistake with my order (which is rare) I can at least get that money refunded. This one merchant has now made it so that I PREMANNTLY cannot receive refunds on ANY order. If this were an issue every time I used your platform I would understand but I urge you to review my account.

You will find that most of my complaints regarding missing items were from Wendy's orders. I advise that Wendy's be held accountable and that the ban that is on my account be lifted. If this request isn't granted then unfortunately I will have to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and dele my UberEats account.

Monetary Loss: $109.

Preferred solution: Lift the ban on my account please. If I order from anywhere else and they mess up my order I can't get anything back. I will stop ordering from Wendy's. A partial refund I feel would at least be fair .
