Ubereats - Messed up my order had to take it back still didn’t get money back

I order from here and when our order got to my house It was open never sealed and all wrong I put in Capital letters in the instructions for cook or whoever was preparing the meal no blue cheese please no blue cheese please because someone is allergic And it happen one time before that I never got my money back for the wings last time so this time I made it a point to get up and go down there and take it back and also say something they toke the food back and gave me a Receipt saying my money will be put back on the card after a week or so still no money on my card so I go back down and they say at that time eats has to put it back on and now eats say its past 48 hours so I lost out on my money and time there to say something to them
