Below find my request for refund of items not available for delivery.

These items constitute approximately 50% of my billed order. They refuse to refund my money.

The manager at the store has called you and was told that a refund will be issued.

So how can you keep my money when the store has contacted you for a fair resolution including my refund?

I'm a Disabled Veteran of Viet Nam. I am on a fixed income, trying to eat. Understand that I dropped my Eats Pass for this same situation before.

I think I shall not renew again.

The store said that they called Uber Eats to get my refund for items that weren't available. Fact is the driver called to inform me of the items were not available while he was at the restaurant before delivery.

Missing:

2 Large Vanilla Milkshakes

2 Caramel Sundaes

2 Strawberry Cream Pies

2 Apple Pies

I noticed that 1 Chocolate Chip Cookie was missing since my report of missing items.

User's recommendation: UBER EATS is a RIP OFF! Need Class Action! against them.

Monetary Loss: $17.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Ubereats Cons: Total rip off.
