I placed a order to Cravin Jamaican Restaurant on 10/13/21. The order was to be delivered in 45 minutes which did not occur.
When the delivery person showed up, she had food from Duncan donuts and did not speak English. Trying to communicate with her explaining she gave someone else my order because it showed on the app that she had a stop on the way to my house. She did say she would be back, which never happened. So the wrong delivery took about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
She never returned with the right food delivery. Then I requested help from your app, chatted with Rep asking her to refund my money to the uber eats account so that I would have instant credit and reorder. The rep did what she wanted to do and refunded to the original payment which takes 3 to 5 days.
Who wants to wait that long for a refund. The reps don't listen and respect your request.
