I ordered McDonalds. There were 4 fries missing from the meals and a sandwich.
I called about getting a full refund or a reorder of the meal as we spent over $50. They only wanted to refund missing items which is useless as our meals are incomplete. I asked to speak to a supervisor but they never got me to one. We repeatedly asked for a supervisor.
The customer service agent spoke with the supervisor but never brought them on the line and refused to give a refund or to reorder the meal as our food was already cold. Then she got louder with me and hung up the call. Terrible terrible service.
I dont have these issues with DoorDash which is who well order with from now on. We pay for UberEats services and they couldnt make it right for the customer.
