I am not happy my issue hasn't been resolved. This is unprofessional and unacceptable.

I created an account to order food, got a promo code to take $25 off. While I was in the process of cashing out their app decided to kick me off of it and I had to re login and when I did I went back to cash out my order and went to go apply the promo code again and it wouldn't let me use it. Said it was already applied. It wasn't applied or used because I didn't even get to purchase my order or anything.

Because this happened I am now not considered a new customer and now can't use any promo codes. I am a new customer and should be able to still make first time customer purchase and be able to use the promo code because I didn't get to complete any orders and my card wasn't even charged for my order. I reached out to customer service twice and nobody was able to help me or resolve the issue and was told the would transfer me to specialist who deals with this type of problem. Well never got transferred to anyone just a text saying they will reach out to me through email to resolve this issue.

Still no email either except for this review questioninare. I want this matter fixed.

Preferred solution: I want to be put back to first time customer so I can use the first time customer purchase promo code that I had to order food.

Ubereats Pros: No pros nobody knows how to do their job.
