I used twice this service and both times I had a huge issues with my deliveries. For the first time, the deriver told me that his car is broken and he can not deliver the food.

Then I told him that I have already paid for the food and delivery and it was late around midnight. At the beginning he did not want to help me out in this case however when he saw that I am really pissed off with no proper response he said he would find another deriver to delivery my food. It took one and half hours to get my food and at the time the food was cold and out of shape.

The second time I placed my order and saw there is no progress in delivering my food in 15-20 minutes. I called the deriver and he said that his phone is broken and he couldnt find my address.

So he left the food at the restaurant. He didnt even bothered himself to call me and let me know that he couldnt deliver the food so I could figure out a way to pick up the food by myself.

I had to call the restaurant and ask them to keep my food. At the end I was trying to call ubereats and get the customer support but there was no one to answer my concerns and couldnt get my delivery fee back.

Monetary Loss: $2.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
