My food arrive stone cold after waiting over a hour I live about a quarter a mile away from the Kentucky fried chicken we order from. The first driver I was assigned never arrived so they must of got another driver whom had the wrong address I have ordered many times from my app and dont understand why he went to other address after waiting over 40 minutes I tried to find on the app where I could cancel my food knowing full well it would be cold could not find anywhere on app to cancel my order no one to phone so I e- mailed them so many times replying the cant resolve my issue not good enough I want a full refund I will never ever use this company again. They as far as I am concerned stolen my money
User's recommendation: Don’t use this company no phone number to phone up and complain to just the app which is unless.
