I've never had an issue ordering lunch but today was different.
I never received a knock on my door per usual but I did receive a text that ultimately disappeared after it was sent asking what building I was in? There's no clear way to respond to the driver.
Not sure why she was in the wrong building <;;if she came at all and or why I wasn't called on my phone vs sending a disappearing message that couldn't be responded to. I've never had this issue in the past.
I order Uber at least once a week.
I'd like to not tip the individual as nothing was handled in the manner of customer service where typically a tip would be offered based on service and attentivenes. Please contact me about issuing my refund in full as I should not be responsible for this issue.
