Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. They refunded my money but wasted my time!!.

First driver Mr. humphries went to the store picked up my food and canceled for what reason I guess to take the food home so when he canceled the order Uber eats had another driver to proceed in picking the food that mr humphries are ready pick up when she got to the restaurant they informed her that the driver mr humphries had already picked up my paid food but never delivered it to me so many things are wrong with this??

# 1 customer service never knew about the first driver that picked up my order and tried to blame the second driver which was Brenda customer service why dont you know that????!!! Wow # 2 why would that driver have the capability to cancel an order after its picked up shouldnt a supervisor be called to make that decision or shouldnt he have called the customer the one who paid for it!! This guy should be fired and never work there again because he has no respect for his job nor the customer I will never order from Uber eats again and now me and my child has to suffer shame on you Mr.

humphries!!! Second time this has happen when I have not received my food and the last Especially if uberseats could careless who they hire
