This is the fourth time I am explaining. Do you not have previous notes in your CRM?
As I had stated earlier, I am a new customer to uber eats and received a $25 off first order, using code UEATUS11.
I placed an order at Valentino Pizza but then realized, for some reason, only $20 was taken off.
I have been trying to get the promo code of $25 reinstated.
Your customer service does not seem to care and keeps giving me the run around.
I want to speak with someone senior before I take further action...631-949-****...
