I had a driver who did not deliver my food. Or hasnt yet...
I ordered at 11:55, estimated delivery was 12:45. Currently, estimated delivery is sitting at 1:57, even though I got the notification that it was picked up almost immediately. I tried texting and calling the deliverer, and no answer. I went to the app for customer support, and there was no option except a little unhelpful information.
I couldnt find anywheres to talk to an actual person, whether through chat on the app or anything online, and the phone number simply said Were not able to help with phone support at this time; to resolve issues, please go to the help section on the app. I am very upset that there is no one to actually talk to and you cant resolve issues beyond what the app unhelpfully poses as issues.
User's recommendation: Find a better food delivery service.
Monetary Loss: $25.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
Ubereats Pros: Ok in past.
Ubereats Cons: Food took to long to receive.
