Uber rejected order twice with apologies from restaurant. When u called restaurant they stated that they don't reject orders to call 3rd party directly as they handle that.
Nothing in APP allows direct communication with UBER EATS. Recieved emails stating card would not be charged, yet it was twice. Phone number listed on this website as contact is a non working number, the second listed number is answered with an auto message stating no one is available to take calls at this time. Absolutely no resolution.
I'm almost positive the issue is a shortage in drivers. Buy, with technology, tweak the APP a bit to know if an available drivers is in area before allowing an order to process. Furthermore, I know that money is secured to ensure payment, but twice? No credit back?
No credit added in APP. Nothing!!
