I was sent $15 off if you spend $20. When I placed the order it charged me for the entire order and did not deduct the $15 credit.
I contacted Uber via their 800# but the recording instructed to reach out via the app. When I accessed the app it was not user friendly. To chat with someone I had to select cancel my order. For the life of me I dont know why Uber waste resources for chat assistance that cannot assist.
They instructed me to reach back out to them for my adjustment. So much for first call resolution but I guess that is not a practice of Uber. If you are interested in quality improvement; I would be glad to help.
I started not to use the discount after an issue with a previous order yesterday.
The order arrived late and was extremely cold. Your workers should not commit to deliver if they cant arrive in a timely manner.
User's recommendation: Use DoorDash.
Monetary Loss: $110.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
