New Years day I ordered food for me and my hubby as we have had car troubles & are stuck in the house. after going through the process of ordering food we placed the order and expected it about 30-40 minutes later.
an hour passed and we realized the app was having trouble with drivers. we called the restaurant to hear our food had been ready just no driver. since we had no transportation I tried to just cancel the order but there was no option to do that. therefore I let it go to deal with another day.
a couple hours later somebody showed up with our food. we were thankful although the food was cold and we did not get our drinks. we understand it was nobody's fault although I would like a refund for the drinks we did not get as well as the delivery fee.
I have not been able to get in contact with uber what so ever and if anything am now writing a review which I never do. anyway I will continue to try and get in contact until I get this resolved how I expect
