My problem is what the point of customer support when i contacted about my issues its now been a week im told 3-5 business days refunds will be applied now when i ordered food and never got it im only upset it was for my kids to eat not after waiting so long.. Now ima show you i do deliveries myself never am im that thirsty or hungry to keep my customers food i called the drivers and they hung up in my face one answer say i dropped it to you hung up its not fair to be treated like this ive gotten all my other food before no problems im told ill get my funds back now its literally been 1 week im told the same same stuff i definitely feel like uber corporations should step in this im not pleased with the customers service by email all one customer service rep gave me credit to my account i still use that for food for my kids
