I had placed a order mcdonald's location Mack &;; Canyon Uber eats total of five items plus the delivery fee you guys advertised $3.99 I was unaware had no knowledge that this location wasn't at all doing any no contact delivery which was listed off of Google when I found out it took me over more then thirty minutes to hr to find out why it was taking that long to be delivered,however; I decided to contact help before even canceling.. so finally one representative was not helpful nor understanding at all..totally ignored my request for refund, Said that I had canceled five minutes and that I wouldn't receive my refund cause the restaurant prepared the food, failed to realize that I paid for food that you guys advertised to be delivered and delivery fee was $3.99 subtotal came up to for $36.71 ,This representative didn't at all help assist but instead denied me , his name Joshua, he needs to not represent a company such as uber eats this was ad advertised falsely, and it's not my fault I wasn't going never going to receive my order in which I was unaware of, they are people placing orders like me expecting to receive and being charged which I think is I took it up with my bank if I don't receive my refund it will be disputed..and resolved..

as soon as possible..

Before I placed a order with ubereats same location same food items O did with door dash they resolved my issue as they advertised difference was that the location was unavailable and listed as a error that it wasn't open on their app.. and door dash quickly resolved that matter, and I decided to try with ubereats and didn't notice that when I placed about the same order from same location they listed on company website no contact delivery after waited for long time

User's recommendation: No not for my family or friends I would recommend until uber eats starts make changes communication speak on the phone with customer service like door dash able to do with their customers in cases like this. Overall poor customer service.
