I placed an order with Buffalo wild wings that was scheduled to arrive at 7 PM. Three drivers tried to pick up the order.
No one communicated to me the status of what was going on. Apparently wild wings did not have onion rings which was in my order. As a result my order was in limbo. I had to replace my order which was ultimately delivered but not until 9:00 PM.
The lack of communication throughout this order process is absolutely utterly unacceptable. I would expect someone along the way to think with her brain to call the customer to tell them about the delays. And or for someone to suggest that the order needed to be canceled and re-ordered.
Especially at the first stage of the order. I have no confidence in Uber eats going forward
User's recommendation: Use another service.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
