I was able to track the driver for my order. I could see that he was lost and called him to give directions.
When I spoke with him he said he would be right there.
I told him where he needed to be. Still tracking , I saw that he was in my parking lot, but then left. So I sent him a text letting him know that he had been in the correct location. Still tracking him, he was in the complex on the other side of us.
This time he called me back stating that he was here.
I went downstairs and waited outside for 10 minutes.
Still tracking the whole time.
Then my order said it had been delivered and to rate my driver.
I never received my order, and when I called him to see where he was, my call would not go through as he had blocked my number.
This is the first time I have never not received my order. I would like a refund, and will not be using your app again.
