I found out that the reason the driver listed for cancellation was that I didn't provide the pin code. She never arrived, so that was a lie.

I waited 2 hours for her and she never showed. Customer service basically said well you weren't charged so it's fine. I have no food, nothing is open anymore, my kid goes to bed without dinner. How is that fine?

I was then told a supervisor would call me back immediately because supposedly he was unable to transfer a call due to working from home. I work from home, I can reach my supervisor.

I've never heard of anyone that can't transfer a call. So, basically, they did nothing.

User's recommendation: maybe use another service.
