After my order was supposed to be delivered I received a delay text same my order would be an hour later, then an hour later. When I called the restaurant itself, they said the food was there no one had come to pick it up.
When my food finally came 2 3/4 hour later it of course was cold. This was only the first of my complaints.
Yesterday I ordered from a different restaurant. Once again order delayed, when I tried to get on the chat line to speak to someone it said I was number one in line, then after three minutes I became 96 in line. I am dealing with cancer and chemo and Ive spent money to sign up to have my food delivered by Postmates which is nowI understand Uber eats.
You should be ashamed of the service you give your people. I would love to have a refund on my membership so I can go elsewhere and get better service
