New ReviewerNAbsolutely awful. I place an order for taco bell and it let's me track it for almost an hour but then I refreshed my page and all of a sudden the order was gone like it never happened, so I checked my card transactions and yeah it was there for $53.00 to uber eats.
so I contact Customer service and tell them what happened and sent my screenshot from my card showing the transaction and they say that my account shows no orders but a payment was made for the $53.00 but it's just pending and won't be unpending for a few days. So of course every transaction to these places is pending until the next day, but just to get to where my order or money was I asked so where is the order that took that payment cause it didn't just decide to donate $53.00 and he says sorry let me transfer you to our special team because I only have so many options so please hold again I say OK take the te you need and then Boit 4 minutes layer I get a message saying I'll get an email from their spec I al team in 24-48 hrs. But usually it's just minutes, so I check my email and it says we are sorry your unsatisfied with our services thank you for your feed back.
What a joke. never again.
