I placed an order, but the app wasn't updating on the tracking. After 1 1/2 hours, I contacted the restaurant, and was told the order was never placed.

I called UberEats and was told that no driver could do the pickup/delivery, and so they canceled my order on me, after nearly 2 hours of my waiting. However, UberEats STILL charged me the entire amount PLUS more (an extra hold amount on my credit card) yet told me I was never charged.

An online chat rep told me that UberEats arrives do deliver excellent customer service and for me to give them another shot.

I told him, Jose; that this WAS their second shot, and yet they failed again.

I requested a credit for all of my wait time and trouble, but it rejected. I then asked for a discount on my next order; and that was also denied.

UberEats totally SUCKS!!

User's recommendation: Don’t use or trust UberEats.

Monetary Loss: $34.

Preferred solution: I want not only a credit for my next order, but also a sincere apology, and MUCH BETTER customer service, IF I ever use their services again. .
