Wed been traveling all day. The lines at the airports are too long to get food at connecting flights.
We arrived late into ATL and there literally was 1 restaurant open with lines too long (Burger King). We got our hotel shuttle and went to our hotel. We ordered Uber Eats, Taco Bell at 11:20. After 2 drivers and waiting 40 minutes the 2nd driver called and said the restaurant was out of 2 items we ordered.
We asked for a replacement taco supreme. When the driver got to the hotel he called our cell phone and said the front desk wouldnt allow him to deliver to the room. When we walked down to the lobby the driver was gone, there was no hotel staff at the front desk and our food was on a table. When we got it back to our room.
Not 1 single item was right and 1 drink was missing. The drink that arrived was the wrong drink. The soft tacos werent made without lettuce as requested. The bean rice burrito had no rice.
The replacement taco supremes were HOT/SPICY loco dorito tacos. Nothing was right.
I want a 100% refund of the order not just $13 for 1 combo that was wrong.
