Using UberEats for the very first time my friend and ai decided to try it out ordering from Red Lobster. After placing our order it came to our attention that our unit number was not specified, so we waited for the Uber driver to come to the complex that we may be able to direct them to our apartment. After messaging them twice and calling them twice they failed to answer only to be notified that our order had been cancelled and the food would not even be returned to Red Lobster where we could pick it up.After
Trying to contact Uber Eats for over 1/2 and hour and getting nowhere, nor having any help from Red Lobster, we had to quit our run as all restaurants were closing and not able to order from anywhere.
Very displeased and probably wont ever be using auber Eats again!
