I ordered a huge meal for dinner as i had extended family over from out of state. And I paid for my order 68.98 and it was charged to me.
45 mins later a woman comes to gate with a single bean n cheese burrito and NOTHING ELSE. She shows me the receipt that was from her chest to her waist in length. With ALL my items I ordered and I ask her why did she come with only just the ONE item and she had the dumbest look on her face and she said that's what they gave me. Jesus!
So anyways I have for weeks been calling every phone number and every email and link to try and reach ANYONE at all to help me with this problem. I was forced to spend more money I can't afford, to by ANOTHER dinner. And then I still have NOT gotten anyone to help me.

User's recommendation: I SAY IF A MAJOR FOOD DELIVERY CHAIN LIKE UBER EATS OR POSTMATES WILL SCREW US AROUND AND HAVE NO LIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE HELP CENTER THEN . STOP GIVING THEM YOUR BUSINESS! IF THEY LOSE ENOUGH MONEY THEY WILL BE FORCED TO GIVE YOU WHAT YOU WANT OR LOSE OUT ON HAVING THERE BUSINESS! FACT. SHAME ON ANY MAJOR CHAIN ADVERTISING HOW FRIENDLY AND GOOD AND HELPFUL THEY ARE, ESPECIALLY WHEN IT A LOAD OF CRAP! THEY DONT CARE ABOUT ANY AMERICAN HARD WORKING FAMILY WHO IS LIST A LOVED ONE DUE TO COVID AND IS TRYING TO FEED THERE FAMILY . THAT'S AWFUL!
