I placed an order on 11/23/2021. It was delivered cold and was the wrong order, mix up in the names--it happens.
However, even after I sent in pictures of the wrong food and the wrong receipt (with wrong address), and I was told I would receive a refund within 3-5 business days, I still have yet to receive one. I have called in 5 times now and have spoken with barely literate people who keep saying "check with you bank, you have received the refund" and so forth. I have not. I have been patient and kind while trying to understand reps with poor connections and can barely hear.
I called today and spoke with 2 different people who told me no supervisors are available, etc.
This is bad, these people are poorly trained and all used the same verbiage they were reading off the screen. I will never use Uber eats again, but I am not paying for cold food that was the wrong order
