I have not been so frustrated in many years. I have spent over 30 minutes on the phone when i discovered i was being charged for 2 uber passes (uber pass and uber one) Calling in, learned one was on an account used by my son. Didn't know he had one and didn't authorize his use for a membership. Why would I have 2 accounts? and my son is 17, lives in my house, and i usually am the one that orders everything. Call into customer services: 1. both didn't speak English all that well. 2) they would give me their canned response 3) they didn't make me feel like a valued customer 4) they did not resolve any of my issues. 5) made every excuse for not getting me a supervisor.

I am asking for two things:

1. a refund of 69.93 this is the least you can do as you cost me a *** of alot more than that over the last hour.

2. Remove the card from my sons account. (Dominic)
