You have the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced I literally can not believe UberEats. After placing an order and the driver cancelling for some reason unknown to me, we reordered Subway again.
We then, an unbelievable amount of time after ordering, received an incorrect (missing some items, incorrectly made others) and inedible, gross and cold order with hair. I emailed, twitter messaged and messaged in the app immediately and continued to follow up for days in which everyone basically sent the same exact response and never actually answered anything at all.
Then, the when I finally got back and forth interaction, their response was its been more than 48 hours. Not only did the conversation start within minutes of receiving the order, but the fact that so much time went by was THEIR FAULT.
