I was a driver for Uber Eats. An order came in for a shopping order at CVS.

I shopped but didn't have the Red card yet. So I paid for it with my own money. I have been trying to get reimbursed since the February. I have the receipt and paperwork from my bank to prove it.

Yesterday, an Uber representative told me that my reimbursement request was denied because I havent been driving with them lately.

And that was for a reason. I hadnt gotten reimbursed since the end of last month. Another representative transferred me to the UK.

I was on hold for almost three hours. And, yet another representative said that I need to call at the beginning of the day at 7 am.

I most definitely wouldnt tell anyone to try to get a problem solved with them.

User's recommendation: Try a company that solves problems. Not add to them.

Monetary Loss: $29.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
