Hello.I ordered from uber eats last night for the first time..............I had received a code to get $20.00 off my first order via email but when i cashed out i was confused and did not put the code in (i thought i went automatically because i ordered from that email) When i tried to redeem it later the app said that i hadnt put the code in and so i could not get it amnd it could have only been used on that order since it was the first order. I tried tirelessly to contact someone and could not.this customer service is horrible and if this is not resolved i will not order from this app again and i will tell all of my friends family and co-workers not to as well.I work for a municipal governments agency.

I need for this to be resolved or I will go to the BBB and the Attorney General because it is nearly impossible to ontact a representative. Please resond ASAP....maryann

Preferred solution: Price reduction.
