I'm new at UberEATS, I downloaded your app last week and placed an order and when I tried paying for it gave me an error message 3 times in a row, so I asked my daughter to order the meal using her account 714 809 **** which was done successfully, I found out later that my friend got both orders delivered , we got charged twice (one charge to my credit card and the 2nd charge to my daughter's credit card), furthermore I made an error by putting an old address for delivery, we texted the driver 3 times with the change of address however she never answered she ended up delivering to the wrong/old address, my friend had to drive to the old address leaving her husband that had back surgery home alone in order to pick up the bag of food. Needless to say it was not a good experience for first time user, please credit our accounts for the charges because I think it's the right thing to do.

Ubereats Cons: No phone customer service, No live help, No communication, Never answer phones.
