Uber Eats customer service is a Joke. My delivery tonight was horrible.
My order took so long to be delivered My dessert had all melted and they packed it with the hot food.
The garlic bread was so dry and hard to eat. The salad was a mess it was like they threw the lettuce in there and 2 pieces of tomato and cucumber with some unknown dressing. The fettuccine was all stuck together and cold. I got no utensils or napkins with my order.
I ask in special request for a cup of ice. I didnt recieve one and you can't order drinks on the app.
Also the driver did not follow my directions and got lost finding my place and almost canceled my order. She also forgot to ask me for my pin and wouldn't answer her phone when I tried to help her find my place.
Over all a horrible experience.
Also because I report problems and have before. They say they won't reimburse me.
User's recommendation: Don't use Uber Eats.
Monetary Loss: $26.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
