Why isnt my promo code working

I type in my promo code but it wasnt going through, it isn’t expired b/c i got it yesterday.

I keep having the same issues! They keep sending me $20 and $25 off promo deals. But every time I try to use them it says I'm not eligible and to remove the promo to continue. What a scam!

They told me it doesn’t work with places that deliver their own food…even though the restaurant I tried to use was under “eligible restaurants” For the promo code- it still didn’t matter since they deliver their own food

According to Uber Eats Help, if you're unsure whether your promo code applied to a previous order or has expired, check the Uber Eats app:
  • Tap the profile icon at the bottom of the main screen;
  • Tap "Promotions" - Active promotions appear at the top of the page and display the expiration date, location it can be used in, and other details;
  • Redeemed and expired promos appear in the "Past promotions" section;
  • Tap "View receipt" to see the associated order receipt.

Promo codes can be used only once.
Each promo code has its own terms and conditions. Make sure you're using it in the applicable location, currency and before the expiration date.

Why wasn't my 15% discount use in this present order?

I was giving 15% discount for two orders from uber eats. Cause today makes a year that i have been useing uber eats. But, my discount wasn't applied to my order.

According to the Uber help section, you can use the Uber Cash option in the app. To use it, you should follow these steps:
  • select 'VIEW CART' or 'Checkout';
  • above the 'Place Order' button, tap your current payment method;
  • select Uber Cash on the Payment Options screen;
  • return to the order screen and check that Uber Cash is the selected payment method;
  • review your order and tap 'Place Order'.

According to Uber Help, all Uber Eats orders have an "authorisation hold" when you place an order. An authorisation hold will appear as the full value of your Uber Eats order, and will sometimes show on your account as "pending".
After your order is processed, the authorisation hold will become a normal transaction on your account.
If your order is cancelled, the authorisation hold is released and voided. Generally, you will see the amount back in your account within 10 business days.

According to Ubereats FAQs to get in touch about an order that's taking longer than expected, please contact Ubereats support team on 0800-080-4287. Concerning your refund fees you should also contact their customer service. They don't openly provide information on the charges.

why the customer didn't get his order that's been picked up by uber eats driver ?

This is Sam from convenience 365 market and deli located at 275 Medford street Charlestown MA 02129. A customer named Patrick ordered from us on 3/11/21 at 7:15 p.m.

and the uber eats driver named Noureddine picked it up. The customer called us saying he never received the order and he rated our store 1 star and that will hurt our business a lot.

The customer and myself tried getting in contact with uber eats and havent been able to get in contact with anyone. Can you please help get this fixed and help with our review because it wasnt our fault.

Your situation is rather specific. In order to resolve the issue you should contact Ubereats customer service and explain the situation to them. You can reach them by phone at 1-83*-275-3278, press 1 for restaurants, and then press 3 to speak with a sales representative between the hours of 10am and 7pm EST.

How can I get my Uber eats voucher?

My daughter won an Uber eats voucher from school by her teacher. It’s been two days and still no voucher.

We confirmed my email as well as proof was provided for the paid voucher on teachers end showing the amount of $25.

How can we insure the receipt of the voucher? Thank You- Rae Walker-Noland

  • make sure you have the latest version of the app;
  • update your app or uninstall then reinstall it from the App Store or Google Play Store;
  • try force stopping and restarting the app.

    • 2001 or newer;
    • Vehicle insurance (3rd party or higher);

    How can I get my account to new user statis? Never used an ubereats

    I just set up my uber eats account, but it says i cannot use my $30 free promo code on my device. When I looked up what that meant, it said my number was most likely attached to another account. I just got a new phone and phone number and have never used it for uber or uber eats.

    Where is my fueling order

    This meal was to be delivered by 710 and everytime i check its pushed back 10 minutes more. It is now saying 750 pm.

    This is *** Nobody answers the phone at the restaurant and no one to talk to at Uber eats. I will never use this *** service again.

    yes I was trying to order some food and it didn't go through but it took away my $25 promo that y'all gave me and now I don't have it so and I didn't even use it and it said the food was ordered and on the way but it never came and it did charge me but I lost my promo and I got charged and I didn't get my food

    According to Uber Eats Help, if you encounter any issues on applying the promo code, you should submit a request on the company website. Please note to attach the required screenshots and details.
    Uber Eats promo codes do not reflect on the order until you are charged and your receipt is emailed to you, so while it may not show when you're at the checkout process. In an event, if the promo code does not show that it has been applied on the receipt, it may be a promo code that can only be used in a country or a city that it was designated for.

    • Unrecognised charges can often be tied back to a friend, coworker, or family member who may be using your payment information or a linked account;
    • Check your order history to locate the charge;
    • An unrecognised charge may also be a small authorisation hold, which is never actually charged to your account, but may appear as 'pending'.

    If you are still unable to recognise an Uber charge on your account, please submit your request on the company website.

    In order to update your payment method you should:
    • Tap on the profile icon on the bottom right of the app.
    • Tap on "WALLET" and select the card you'd like to delete.
    • Tap the three dot icon in the upper right corner.
    • Tap "EDIT" or "DELETE", then click "SAVE" in the confirmation pop-up.

    • minimum of 2 GB of data per month;
    • airtime to occasionally call and communicate with passengers.

    Additional requirements are as follows:
    • Android 6.0 and newer or iPhone 5s and newer;
    • RAM of 2GB or larger;
    • Single-slot SIM only;
    • An eight-core or octa-core processor;
    • Internal A-GPS or GLONASS chip;
