It has been 2 weeks that I have been trying to become an Uber eats driver. My license was rejected over 10 times so I went as far as going to get a new one.
That finally worked, and now I am waiting 5 days since checkr completed my background check, only for your company to email me saying youre waiting on checkr to complete the background check in order for things to move forward. I have checked the status every day following the email I received from them on 9/24 saying it has been completed and the ball is in Ubers court. Every time Ive checked since then, it still shows complete on their end and says the same thing, that it is now up to Uber to look it over and complete it.
The worst part is, Customer service is non existent. This is beyond ridiculous.
