this was poor customer service. additionlly it is difficult to speak to customer service dept to resolve the problem. this company need to review their procedures, and not take customer money and not deliver the goods

On April 28, 2021 I placed an order for the amount of $54.31. it took 3hrs and the order never got to my house I went to the merchant and the order was there I then was given the order.
I received an email from you letting me know that you would give me a refund. I placed a stop payment through my bank.
Today I received a letter from my bank stating that you disagee with given me credit back.
You did not delivered the order. I called the driver he did not speak english and I end up picking up my food.
I request that you immediatley return my funds as you did not provide the service i paid for.
