First time using Uber eats and I never received my food! I received my full refund at first, then they took from MY REFUND AND TIPPED THE GUY that never showed up with our food.
Their customer service is a joke, and online customer service said it's resolved when it is not. I'm waiting for full refund, then canceling the $9.99 month. So disappointed. Going to report to BBB!
Went to finish this and upload receipt and its no longer in my email the only receipt that is available is the one with the tip deducted.
Least I took a screenshot of the original one. Pretty sad the world has come to this that even the corporations are trying to rip the honest working American off.
