I ordered last night Uber eats for pick up myself at Estefanis restaurant on my way home. So when I arrived at the restaurant asked for my order and the manager told me nooo we dont have your order in our system and I got pissed off and he said come and see, he was right he said call the Uber supporter I dont have any food for you.
I told him but they already charged me I need my money back and he said its nothing I can do for you Uber is the one who needs to give your money back. So called and messaged and emailed Uber with no answer.
I just need my money back and that is. At the end I started to reorder my order in person a new order because I was starving and pissed at the same time.
