I accidentally placed an order on June 3 while I was trying to cancel it. I have gotten the complete runaround to find out that the order wasn't placed through the company on that charged me, but Uber Eats.
That took 6 phone calls and I have been trying to call customer service for days, to no avail. The reason for canceling was because it was more than I was willing to pay for what I was getting. That said, when I tried to cancel immediately after the order was placed the needed the order number which wasn't showing up at the time, so it made me question whether I had made a mistake at all. I ordered food from somewhere else and shortly after it came the guy pulled up with the first order.
I sent him away letting him know of my intention to seek a refund. I called again to no avail and here we are today.
