I placed an order through you all back in July mid July I was unaware that I had to go through you all to get a refund the food that was delivered to me was old extra chicken alfredo with the family chicken bundle I'll call the restaurant once I receive the order I spoke with the restaurant manager Deena she told me that she would refund me 90% of my ticket I never got my refund I'll call my bank they gave me a credit of 3810 a temporary credit now that the credit has been reversed they're telling me I have to contact the merchant Red Lobster saying they're not the merchant that ubereats is the merchant ubereats has made it very hard to get in contact with them you can't contact through through any customer service phone number then when you go on the app to submit your claim and in my case my claim is coming out outdated and it's requiring a picture it won't let me submit this text that I'm trying to send because it's saying that I need a picture this is totally unacceptable it's not my fault that the store manager the restaurant manager didn't do her job the way she should have done it if she was not going to submit the information or give me my refund she should have told me that I needed to contact you all long time ago this some kind of sick game that you people are playing I want my money back

User's recommendation: No I will not I'm telling every I know your customer service is no customer service.

Monetary Loss: $38.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
