I'm SO sick and tired of spending $30-$65+ for food that I'm trusting others to bring to me, then once it gets to me, it's either WRONG, or it NEVER ARRIVES!? So, don't get me wrong...
we've got some regular delivery drivers who always treat our items w/care & don't leave things OUT, & no drinks are EVER spilled out into the bag they're in!! The majority of the time--98% of the time, all is just fine! BUT, Heaven forbid a FAITHFUL customer ask for a refund! If you do, just get ready for a "robot" to give this pre-written, "we're sorry, BLAH, BLAH, BLAH....& THEY'LL immediately send that back NOT taking the time to hear their faithful customer out, (the sign of GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE) which they're SEVERELY LACKING!!
So, UBER EATS employees desperately need WORKSHOPS/INSERVICES on Customer Service, & they needed this like yestetday!! My recommendation is...DO NOT use any Uber service UNTIL they've ALL completed certified Customer Service group of Inservices/Workshops & this MUST come from upper management. SO, we'll see if anything changes.
As much as I love Starbucks & order it each morning, but NO MORE!! Its too bad that Uber won't be the only one to suffer, but their unwillingness to help their faithful customers w/refunds & their use of "robot" answers MUST COME TO A HALT!!
Monetary Loss: $45.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Ubereats Pros: We can get food delivered using their app.
Ubereats Cons: No customer service training is evident, All concerns are ignored for pat answers, Food items left in delivery persons car are not refunded, Wrong items tough luck.
