A driver came in tonight at Hachimi Japanese Cuisine in Johnson City, TN. He was the rudest human being I've ever seen.
We had a dining room full of customers, a line of waiting customers, and a full staff who ALL got to hear him come up to my manager and very loudly say "You guys need to get your *** *** together. This is ridiculous. You need to get these *** orders out and get your *** *** together." Half of the dining room went silent listening to him talk down to Emma. He picked up an order for Nathan.
It was a Hibachi dinner.
I did not catch his name because we was slammed until an hour after closing, but I can assure you that I will check the tablet tomorrow. I know that the servers gave him a bad rating, but this issue needed more attention than a simple thumbs down.
User's recommendation: Find a different driver.
