Never received food

Never received food. Did not get charged order did not go through no one to talk to no one to resolve the problem. I didnt realize any of this until almost 2 hours later when I was trying to find out why my food had not showed up. Problem not resolved but will not use you again.

First time using Uber eats is probably the last time. After about 40 or so min they just cancelled my order for no reason. When I tried again it took way to long to get to me, so Im probably not going to be using this service again.

Customer service hung up on me

The driver took my order to the wrong jack in the box or he left with the order from the right one but either way, I need a refund

Marijuana Smoke smell on food and spilled drink

I received my order with cold items, spilled drink, and my order smelled like marijuana smoke! I was told via the app I count get a refund and Sorry! Wow! Ill never use Uber eats again and will tell everyone I know about my experience. These people clearly dont care about their customers

They came got here I guess not in our door where I was at I'm at a company site and texted me before I could get up there doing get the food he left never got a refund at all this was from chicken fillet and it was $22 and some sense I believe. $21and some change

Charged my credit card when I did not order anything

Notified that there was a charge on my credit card that I purchased a Large bottle of coke from Dunkin Donuts plus the Uber eats charge for delivery. Never returned my money and I recommend not using them

Problem

She refused to help At first she was ok. After that she was absolutely disgusting. She refused to help any longer. I will never use customer service again. I need a supervisor right away. She began ruder and ruder. Let's see if I get a refund of a refund of Uber services. I highly doubt it. I asked if she would call the Uber driver more than the the two times she called in five minutes to give me answers. She refused.
