I was passed on from one person to another befire it was resolved.

They must have better delivery protocols, and try to be accessible to customers, notvhide behind chat.

I never received my food and I was told I wouldnt be refunded. The driver took my food to the wrong address and got very nasty with me. He told me take it up with Ubereats! I tried to explain to him that he was at the wrong address he kept telling me Im wrong. While saying my exact address aloud

Pissed!!!!!

I tried to cancel my Uner Eats pass and they made it very difficult Not happy at all I ordered Uber pass less than a month ago and I tried to cancel it and they are making it beyond possible for you to cancel its a total scam do not do not invite yourself into this problem because theyre scams most of these delivery service with food or scams they try to suck you in the buying free terms but its all a scam and thats exactly what Uber eats dead to me

Really!!!

I waited an hour for my food that said it was on the way here your delivery drivers pulling up and then all of a sudden your order is canceled. People order the super expensive food on these apps because they have no choice and theyre hungry. So you order food you wait for an hour no food shows up. I need to go to the whole process of doing again do you trust doing at the same place *** no so yet again people order *** on this because they have no choice and theyre hungry way to go making them find a different choice.

Very late cancellation.

Had an order cancel on me after 1 hour and I had hungry children. Problem is that it was past 10:45pm and the only option I had was Dennys. The order even tracked and it looked like the driver was at the location where food was being cooked. Later it was cancelled and no notification. Had to log in

User's recommendation: Drivers must be available to take the order. Tip was 20% and I usually give an extra tip if they arrive on time.

Food not delivered. CS rep was very difficult to understand, broken English. Still no dinner 2.5 hours later and now no promotional discount. Not a deal at all!

I have canceled membership. Deliver person strange. Order wrong and then he came back and delivered food asking for other order. I refused I dont feel safe and will not use Uber ever again

Placed an order, delivery time was 50 minutes. After one hour received message from driver that he is 5 minutes away. After 10 minutes got a message stating my order is canceled. Called customer support but the girl I talked with was rude and paid no attention to my complaint.

Can't order

Cant order due to complications with a promo code that I cant even delete because it came with the app for 30 days and they cant seem to figure out how to resolve it said they would send it to another division and couldnt tell me how long? Ci had to stand outside of my house when the delivery guy kept saying he was at my foor. BI KNOW WHERE MY FOOR IS, and he was nowhere near me. I had to keep TELLING HIM WHERE I LIVE. My food was not

Food was cold. I didn't bother eating it. Last order from the same diner was left on my outside stairs, without a call or a knock at my door. JUST SITTING THERE. My delivery instructions are clear, adding that I have a white picket fence. I assume he can't read. My house has a LARGE 86 on the door.as well. I am done with Uber eats, or anything Uber. Skip the Dishes and Lyft is my new service. Your delivery people are STUPID AND SO WAS CS. I could not understand him. Moron. His name was Jeff. Good don'tD

Bad Communication

This is the second order in a row where there was a problem. When I called customer (no) service, I waited on hold for quite a while. Once I got to speak with someone, I couldn't understand her. She had to put me on hold twice to resolve the issue. I will be cancelling my account.
